How A Slot Moves From Enquiry To Kick-off
-
01
Choose a preferred 55-minute slot and email hello@getplayon.com with team name, captain name and mobile number.
-
02
Pay a £20 non-refundable deposit once the slot is offered. That deposit holds a casual booking.
-
03
Receive confirmation showing date, time, pitch notes and balance due.
-
04
Settle the remaining balance before kick-off. No unpaid holds are kept after 18:00.
“The pitch is sold by the hour on paper, but protected by the minute in practice.”

Conduct and weather calls
The Rules That Keep The Next Booking On Time
No stag-party bookings are accepted where alcohol is part of the pitch session. Under-16 groups need a named adult on site for the full hire. Late arrival does not move the finish time, because the next slot has the same right to start cleanly.
Weather calls are made by Play On when a surface or travel risk is obvious. Captains should not assume a cancellation until the desk confirms it. Weekend changes are handled only for existing bookings.
Competitive squads looking for refereed fixtures should read the league entry details. To book by email, use the notes on the contact page.
